Hi, I'm Livi, The Founder of HOD and a Spiritual Coach, Transformational Life Coach, Law of Attraction Coach, and Theta Healing Practitioner.
I’ve spent years studying the connection between the mind, body, and soul, and I’m endlessly fascinated by how we can consciously create our reality.
My journey here hasn’t been linear — it’s been a series of awakenings, lessons, and soul-led pivots. I’ve faced my own ego deaths, healed through deep shadow work, and returned to my truth time and again. Every tool and teaching I share is something I’ve lived, breathed, and integrated into my own life.
