Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, and there is a valid reason such as damage.
Exchanges due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days; the product must be in original condition. Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Damaged Products
If your Essential oil Blends or Divine Self Journal arrive damaged or with a broken seal:
Please email a photo of the damaged product to divineolimar@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
We will happily arrange a replacement to be sent to the original purchaser.
